Alex Keeler took three minutes off his half marathon PB at Brighton this weekend, and was the first to finish of six Stragglers completing the race. Dad Paul was also racing and happy with his time of 2:04:05 because it was his second half in a week, having competed at Wokingham last Sunday.
The Brighton race was something of a family affair since Alex's wife Natasya was also racing, as was sister Eleanor along with her other half Jamie.
According to the Power of 10 rankings it was the first half marathon for club members Alex McKenna and Iain Bell, so congratulations both!
