The 2024 AGM will be held at The Bushy Park Sports Club at 20:30 on Thursday 26th September. 

The AGM Agenda: 

1. Chair's opening remarks and meeting formalities

2. Review of the past 12 months

3. Treasurer’s Report and presentation of the Club’s Accounts

4. Proposal to increase membership subscriptions for 2025-26 from £23 to £25 (There will be a vote at the meeting)

5. Appointment of Honorary Auditor

6. Club Committee for 2024-25

7. Proposal for the club to move forward in becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and having charity status. (There will be a vote at the meeting)

8. Adoption of new Stragglers Kit design and club logo.

9. Maintenance and facilities at Bushy Park Sports Club.

10. The club’s vision and aspirations for the coming 12 months
